One chef. One counter.
One thing done
obsessively well.
A yatai is a Japanese street stall — the whole restaurant is one person who refuses to be average at one dish. Ours is the Japanese wagyu smash burger. We built the stall in Abu Dhabi and pointed it at your door.
The Wagyu
Japanese wagyu, cut and ground fresh every day. Not a garnish word on a menu — the actual patty, priced so you can order it on a Tuesday.
The Smash
Down on a screaming griddle under the katana press. Four seconds decide the crust. We don't rush a single one.
The Sauces
Yatai Blend, jalapeño mayo, garlic mayo, wasabi tobiko — made in the kitchen, poured in the tub, sent with every order.
The Door
No dining room, no table service. The whole kitchen is engineered for the moment the black bag lands — hot, late, worth posting.
